Experience in a highly interactive and inspiring environment, the various phases of design thinking. You will start by understanding the problem or need from the user perspective and move through testing assumptions and validating possible solutions, to prototyping.

- Design Thinking Principles and Practices
- Discover the problem, opportunity or needs to be addressed
- Define a design challenge that is realistic and feasible for the time frame
- Develop, test, and refine ideas involving the end user so as to create potentially workable concepts until they're ready for implementation.
