In this hands-on workshop, we will work to gain practical understanding of the concepts outlined in the "Introduction to Flight Levels" course. You will have the opportunity to design a Flight Level 2 system and gain insight into how to operate Flight Levels within Product and Service Areas of your organisation.
This course helps you uncover the big levers for improvement, and explores how you can practically apply them to your unique situation. We will focus coordinating the flow of value across multiple teams in a Department, Tribe, Product or Service area.
The workshop will take place over consecutive multiple live instructor-led sessions with Intersession Work in-between.

Prerequisites: Introduction to Flight Levels (FLIN) self-paced online course. The FLIN covers the foundational elements of Flight Levels, and is required learning prior to attending the live FL2D workshop. You will be given an option to purchase FLIN licenses when you book a seat on FL2D.
On completion of this workshop you will be awarded the Flight Level 2 Design certification and badge from Flight Levels Academy.
