Having a clear picture of your organisational context helps align coaching efforts with the organisation's strategic direction... Come prepared to discuss : 1. Organisational Goals and Challenges - consider identifying key objectives, desired outcomes, and any specific pain points or obstacles the organisation is currently facing. 2. Stakeholder Perspectives - this can include executives, managers, or team members who can provide insights into the organisation's dynamics, culture, and challenges. Understanding different viewpoints helps to gain a holistic understanding of the organisational landscape. 3. Current Initiatives and Priorities - any ongoing initiatives, projects, or priorities within the organisation. Where are you at now - any changes or transformations taking place?
