A 45 minute complimentary call to discuss coaching for your team(s). Come prepared to discuss : 1. Team Goals and Objectives at a high level: what do they want to collectively achieve as a team and what are the outcomes they aspire to. 2. Team Size, Dynamics and Challenges they are currently facing. Reflect on areas of improvement, communication gaps, conflicts, or any other obstacles that hinder their effectiveness as a team. 3. Individual Perspectives and Contributions: reflect on their strengths, areas of expertise, and how they can best support the team's objectives. We look forward to meeting you!
